You can change Mardi Gras bead colors in increments of 12, but the whistle color and imprint color must remain the same to avoid additional costs. Not intended for children under the age of 12.

The Whistle: The plastic whistles are available in a flat and police version. You can create a two color whistle but they must all be the same color per order of 500 units. Sizes: Flat-1.12 x 2.75x.31 inch/ Police-2.37 x 1.78 x.87 inch

The Ring: O ring with overlay.

Customization: Mardi Gras beads can be changed in groups of 12. (ex. 12 purple/ 12gold/12 green). The whistles and imprint color must remain the same to avoid additional charges.

Shipping is quoted separately based on destination and method (ground, expedited, or freight for 1,000+). Maximum 250 per box.

Artwork Guidelines

Artwork Requirement: Vector .eps, .ai, PDFArtwork Assistance: Don't have a vector file? Send us the logo you have, and our art team may be able to create it in vector. There may be an additional fee depending on what needs to be created. Proofs: A virtual proof is emailed for approval before production starts. Lead time begins after written approval.

Production & Lead Time

Standard production runs 15 working days after artwork approval. Need it sooner for an event date? Tell us your in-hand date when you request a quote – rush production and expedited shipping are available for most orders.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Yes. The minimum is 500 pieces.

Can I mix bead colors in one order?

Yes. You change Mardi Gras bead colors in groups of 12. The whistle and imprint color must remain the same across the order to avoid additional setup charges. You can create your whistle color on each side(Ex Green and White or Green on both whistle sides).

Are these safe for children?

They are not intended for children under the age of 12. These are not Prop 65 friendly.

Can I get individual polybags for handouts?

Not available at this time.

Do you offer reorder discounts?

Yes. Repeat customer set ups are $24 if you are doing a repeat logo per change

What about case packs and shipping?

Standard case pack is 500 per case. Shipping is calculated separately and is not included in the unit price.

Will I receive a virtual proof before I commit?

Yes. We email a virtual proof of your medallion artwork for approval before any production starts. The 15 working day lead time begins only after you sign off on the proof.
