How the Direct to Film Apparel is Printed
The Print Process: DTF printing, or Direct-to-Film printing, is a popular way to create vibrant, custom designs on shirts and other apparel. Your design is printed onto a special film, coated with a fine adhesive powder, and then heat-pressed onto the fabric. The result is a colorful, durable design that looks great and holds up to everyday wear and washing.
The T Shirt: Gildan 64000 T shirt is 4.5 oz and 100% Ring Spun Cotton. It offers a modern fit with taped neck and shoulders, narrow width rib collar and tear away label. 76 colors are available. More Brands Available: We have all the name brand shirts, hoodies, and other apparel in the custom apparel industry. We also also offer all the available imprint methods. Artwork Requirement: Vector .eps, .ai, PDFArtwork Assistance: Don’t have a vector file? Send us the logo you have, and our art team may be able to create it in vector. There may be an additional fee depending on what needs to be created. Proofs: A virtual proof is emailed for approval before production starts. Lead time begins after written approval.
Production & Lead Time
Standard production runs 7 to 10 working days after artwork approval. Need it sooner for an event date? Tell us your in-hand date when you request a quote — rush production and expedited shipping are available for most orders.
