How the Custom Shape Soft Touch Vinyl Mardi Gras Medallion Bead Is Built
The Strand: 33-inch 7 mm Mardi Gras bead available in various colors. Additional Mardi Gras bead sizes, colors and shapes are available and may incur additional cost.(Request a Quote)
The Medallion: Custom die cut Soft Touch Vinyl medallion 7.5 to 8.5 square inches in size. Full color, full bleed CMYK imprint. Each side different QR Code Friendly
The Ring: .5” O ring with .25 overlay.
Customization: Bead and medallion colors can be changed in increments of 12 (Ex. 12 purple/ 12 gold/ 12 green, repeating). The logo must remain the same to avoid additional charges.

Artwork Guidelines
Artwork Requirement: Vector .eps, .ai, PDF or High Res Jpeg.Two-sided imprint: Custom shape is two sided different logos at same price.
Artwork Assistance: Don’t have a vector file? Send us what you have and our art team will rebuild it. There may be an additional fee depending on what needs to be done.
Proofs: A virtual proof is emailed for approval before production starts. Lead time begins after written approval.
Production & Lead Time
Standard production runs 7 to 10 working days after artwork approval. Need it sooner for an event date? Tell us your in-hand date when you request a quote-rush production and expedited shipping are available for most orders.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a minimum order quantity?Yes. The minimum is 250 pieces.
Can I mix bead colors in one order?Yes, in groups of 12. The logo must remain the same across the order to avoid additional setup charges. We can offer different colors, sizes and shapes with this product.(Request a Quote).
Are these safe for children?They are not intended for children under 12. Prop 65 Mardi Gras beads can be purchased for an additional charge for CA residents.
Can I get individual polybags for handouts?No, the PVC Mardi Gras beads are packed in groups of 12.
Do you offer reorder discounts?Yes. Repeat customers will have a $33 set up fee but the $45 fee for the same die cut will be waived if printed again.
What about case packs and shipping?Standard case pack is a maximum of 500 per box. Shipping is calculated separately and is not included in the unit price.
Will I receive a virtual proof before I commit?Yes. We email digital proofs of your medallion artwork for approval before any production starts. The 7–10 working day lead time begins only after you sign off on the proof.
